Evening Routine:

  1. In the evening, after cleansing and toning, apply a pea-sized amount of Retinol 0.3 to the face, avoiding the eye area.
  2. Limit initial use to once or twice a week, gradually increasing frequency as tolerated.
  3. Follow with a moisturiser to hydrate the skin.
  4. Always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day, as retinol can increase skin sensitivity to sunlight.
